Customer Review: WAY COOL--from adult Pokemon fan

Ok, I just bought this game and have played it just two hours. But that was two hours straight the first time I put it in and I don't get to play console games for hours in a row very often. I can rack up more time on GBA Pokemon titles but this game was exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased with the over all aspects of the game but am especially pleased with the graphics that are a lot better than GBA and I am playing it on a 32 inch tv so...I just love it. I agree with another review that said the story is rather "dark" but that is a nice change of pace so far. If you haven't played the GBA games, I suggest you try those before buying this game. I can see how this game will delight fans but I am not so sure about it doing much for new comers since it is pretty easy at first.Customer Review: Someone shoot me

Okay, last year I pre-ordered this game and couldn't wait for it to come out. I was hoping for another amazing pokemon game (I've been playng pokemon games since red was new... in '99)
I finally get the game, so I pop it in and after only a few minutes, I'm on the brink of screaming. I was so BORED! This game was nothing like the REAL pokemon games, like red and silver. All stratagy is completly gone, and even though I have to admit the graphics were nice, who cares? Everytime you attacked, you had to watch some tedius little sceen play out, repeat. That was your battle. Nothing. I recomend you stay away from this game and try to get your hands on a copy of red or silver, even saphire or ruby would be good. This isn't pokemon.
p.s. In response to the woman who thought a guy should follow your charactor around, think about what kind of message THAT would send *cough*gay *cough* even if they are opposet sexs, and for some reason they fall in love, they would be STRAIGHT!

...No duh this game is supposed to entertain kids. It's a kid's game, f***er! It's Pokemon, not Mortal Kombat. Oh, I think you're stupid too. The ESRB is rated E, you retard! E ratings have no gore. This game has no gore or violence or blood. This game is programming kid's minds to believe in misticaly evil creatures like 'jigglypuff'! The Asian's do know how to make great entertainment software, but this is know exception. I advise not to buy it .
