Video Game Reviews of Gamecube Wavebird Wireless Controller - Platinum

Customer Review: The best dual analog wireless controller invented!
Summary: 5 Stars

I purchased this controller new right before the Wii came out, at the time I had a Gamecube and knew I was going to wait in line at midnight for a Wii. Anyway all I have to say is that this is one of the best standard controllers I have ever used, I have had game systems from the Atari 7800 generation until now, and I have used wirless controllers for all 3 new consoles, but this is the best. Its sturdy with good analog stick tension and good button tactical feel. The wireless signal never fails and the batteries last for a long time, even when using rechargables, this controller is built to last and feels the same now as when I purchased it. If you have a Wii or gamecube get one of these! The only down side is that it does not have vibration feedback (rumble) and that you have to remember to flip the on/off switch after you get done using it or otherwise you will drain the bateries.

Customer Review: best wireless controller for cube
Summary: 5 Stars

This is a flawless wireless controller fits perfect in users hand lil heavy but thats all good

Customer Review: Opens door for GC games on Wii
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought this controller to allow me to operate Gamecube games on my Wii, and I've not been disappointed.
I also had to buy a memory card, and so the top of the Wii is now open with the sender and the memory, but since it lives in a cupboard (hence the desire for wireless) that is no problem.
But it does seem like lots of people are buying GC games; the market is quite buoyant. But since a GC game is graphically similar to the Wii, it is only the control process that differs. And for Harry Potter games, this is perhaps simpler (so more effective but less challenging) with the GC than the Wii.
Great product from a good supplier for a niche market.

Customer Review: Great!
Summary: 5 Stars

This is a great wireless controolert, it fit's well with my hand as well as working to let me play my gamecube games.

Customer Review: Beyond Excellent
Summary: 5 Stars

I got this to play Smash Bros. Brawl and Gamecube games on my Wii, and man does this thing work flawlessly. I have no complaints. The buttons are quality and are responsive, the battery life is fantastic, and I've never experienced any noticeable lag.

Some people may complain about a lack of rumble, but that doesn't bother me.

If you're looking for a wireless Gamecube controller, I urge you to buy a Wavebird. You won't be disappointed.
