Customer Review: The Best Shooter Ever Made

Everyone talked about Halo Combat Evolved for Xbox about 2 years ago. So I bought the Xbox and found out that Halo was sweet. I bought the Gamecube before that and I have to say it is a much better system in all areas so when I saw Timesplitters 2 I had to get it for the Gamecube. I found out the same creators of the major hit seller Goldeneye for the N64 is making this game. That made me want it more well the day came. I ordered it off here because are store didn't support this game. When I got it in I was extremely excited about it. Put the game in and saw what it had. This game I can say right now has drop dead gameplay,sound,and graphics. The game had the same start off as Godeneye at a dam. Here is the things I found out about this game. It is actually way better then Halo in like every way. More guns,more gameplay,more levels,better sounds,customize the controls anyway you like, and the best thing off all it runs at a solid 60 frame rates per second instead of Halo's 30 frame rates per second which aren't solid and drop to 25 at some points. Timesplitters multiplayer is just like Perfect Darks but alot lot more fun. There is co-op mode where you can go through the whole game with a friend. The game is the best first person shooter ever made and should have had more attention then it did. The Cube version is the best because my friend has the Xbox version and the controls are horrible including the fact that you can't customize them as much. This is like I said the best first person shooter ever made and the multiplayer is the most fun you will have with a friend in a shooting game since Perfect Dark. Trust me buy this game at all costs, even if meaning you have to sell your older systems or all your other Gamecube games it is that damn good.Customer Review: Time Splitters 2 - Great Game!

My friend bought this game and when we played it we just hopped in and played. The controls are simple and i really suggest the multiplayer. There are great levels and hundreds of possible characters. Halo is the best game of my time, but this game is a close second. If you cant get a xbox but have a gamecube get over to Best Buy and buy this game today. It isnt that much and its worth every penny.Customer Review: If you liked Goldeneye, this game is for you

For years I have been searching for a new game that equals Goldeneye for the N64. At long last, I found it. Time Splitters 2 is virtually a clone of Goldeneye, with quite a few extras added in. The multiplayer modes are a blast, with a wide array of options to choose from. This game is console FPS perfection. So get it.Customer Review: Fun in a huge way, but I think the problem is obvious.

This game is fun. Well, it can be fun. I'm not talking about the multiplayer. I'm talking about the single player. Let's review story mode. It has no connection between levels. But the storymode can be fun. You get some weapons, run around and shoot guys, and do stuff that involve shooting guys. You can miss an objective, but the levels aren't too long. Still, the problems?The mission editor is fine. I didn't want to do it really considering I already had missions I could play. I haven't played multiplayer, but im here to benefit those who don't have 2 controllers yet.
The problem is basically... this is goldeneye. The controls are almost exactly the same(changed to fit the controller) and the graphics look almost identical to golden eye. The first level shows it. The whole thing is... it isn't that hard to make a graphics engine that doesn't look like absolute crap. Nowadays, this just won't do... I honestly think that this game would of looked the ABSOLUTE exact same on N64. Don't expect much in terms of graphics. And when people say, "O its not choppy!" That's because the graphics are so horrible that there isn't anything to be chopped!
Horrible? Well, mabye thats harsh. Outdated? Yes outdated is correct. Want a good gun game? Try metal gear solid 2. Or mabye some rainbow six 3. Any Rainbow Six game will do. But, the graphics just don't do gamecube justice. If you are looking for great graphics, try splinter cell.
Is the game even fun? Yes, in a sence. It is however extremely reminicient of Goldeneye. I played goldeneye so much that it's boring. This game doesn't seem to improve on goldeneye in anyway(in terms of single player), but it is only 20 bucks now.
